Once I receive your message, I’ll reach out to schedule your free consultation call. During this call, you’ll share a little about what you’re looking for in therapy, and I’ll answer questions about my approach, scheduling, and fees.
If you’re more comfortable starting over email instead of a phone call, that’s completely fine—just let me know in your message. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant email host, but please keep in mind that no email communication can be guaranteed 100% secure.

If we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your intake session. This 60–75 minute appointment is a space to dive deeper into what’s been going on, clarify your goals, and identify what’s been getting in the way. I’ll share my clinical impressions and recommendations for treatment including how often to meet, what approaches may be most effective, and what progress could look like for you.

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your standing weekly session so you have consistent time set aside for yourself. Early in therapy, weekly sessions help you build momentum and start feeling better more quickly.
Therapy is a process of unlearning old patterns and reconnecting with your truest self. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. The hardest part is often the first step, and you’ve already taken it by being here.
