I’ll reach out to schedule your call. When we speak, you’ll share what you’re looking for in therapy, and we’ll discuss the practical stuff (scheduling, billing, etc).
After our phone consult, you’ll decide if you want to schedule your intake consultation. It’s a 60-minute telehealth session when you’ll share more detail about what you’re dealing with and your goals, I’ll gather historical information, and provide my assessment of your presenting concerns and my recommendation regarding treatment (frequency, types of therapy, specific treatment goals).
You’ll decide if you’re comfortable with my recommendation and want to move forward with scheduling your regular therapy sessions (typically weekly to start—I want to help you feel better ASAP)!
